Jewel in the Lotus:  Sunday: 4:30pm-6:00pm Vinyasa and Friday 8:00am-9:00am Vinyasa
Dragonfly Hot Yoga:*** M/W: 5:30am-6:30am Dragonfly Flow
                                        Th: 9:00pm-10:00pm Yin
                                        Sa: 11:00am-12:00pm Yin  12:30pm-1:45pm Fusion
*** Fall schedule starts the week of September 24th 2012.

Yoga has transformed my life. It has brought peace where there had been chaos.

I begin my journey to a well balanced mind, body, and spirit. I would like to share my passion of yoga through teaching with whomever chooses to accept it. Namaste
